Haven't posted much lately. I have been working on this stupid stall for about three weeks. It broke finally!!!! So excited!!!!! I have lost another four pounds this week!!!!!!! Amazing, just amazing. I'm now exactly one pound away from onderland!!!!! I am so hoping that by this Sunday I will be under 200 for the first time in ages. Thanks to everyone here during the stall I used everyone's suggestions. By not stressing over it it finally happened. The power of positive thoughts.

Congrats! Heres to making Onederland soon! I know who nuts those stalls can make a person - I have had a tuff month of April - I am hoping May will be kinder to me. But always take measurements - because I lost about 5 inches this month - body is just adjusting - and I love it!

Keep up the great work and focus on how cloths fit and how you feel. You are doing wonderful!

Did you do anything differently? Did you add more exercise or change the amount of calories or carbs?

Congratulations on breaking the stall, but it would be great if you could post whatever you thought help break it so others could benefit. Everyone gets so frustated when they stall!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
