Hello, I had a VSG last Monday (April 11th) and am doing quite well. I am not hungry and am down 12 lbs since. I am having difficulty with this site, any suggestions on nagivating through it better? Or how to add the pictures and the tracker thing. Im not totally clueless, but would like to use this more effectively. It really is amazing and inspiring to read about all of you.Thank you for the wisdom of those of you who have gone before me.

you add tickers and pictures in your profile under signature...hope that helps!

There is a really good tutorial on adding the ticker...do a search for it and a few will pop up. (edit) on the main screen with all the sections, scroll down to find VST site help...do the 'ticker' search there. I am sure that's where most of your 'how to' questions will be answered.

Pictures, I haven't really figured out to well either. The best thing to do is keep reading! I spend most of my time doing just that and then doing searches under the right catagory for topics that interest me. Good Luck and keep up the great work!
