Sooooooo....anyone in Canada know of a decent tasting ready made Protein shake that is low carb? I looked online at the Slimfast optima and they have 20g Carbs..yikes!!

I'm trying to choke back the stuff I have and who knew that eating liquid chalk could result in a 3lb loss in 3 days and it's my time of the month!

I was just wondering if anyone lucked into finding a ready made that isn't nasty. Thanks all.

I have also found Advant Edge at any of our local grocery stores.

Isopure grosses me out. It's a weird consistancy for me and seeing the stringy stuff floating around in there if you don't shake it up good reminds me of Stifler drinking the beer off the nightstand in American Pie. Gross huh?? Hope I didn't ruin it for anyone......... LOL.

5 pounds down since Saturday so I'm doing okay...it really is true what someone said in a different post....the first 3 days seem to be the hardest.

It's going to be over before I know it anyways.
