all protein makes me sick! what to do?!?!?

Ann - I gagged on everything too. The only ones I could somewhat tolerate were "Flavorless" Any whey which I added to smoothies, yogurt, cooled hot cocoa and unjury chicken Soup.

How far out are you? What drinks/powders have you tried? I could better give tips if I knew more.

I never had one protein shake, I knew it would make me sick. I bought unflavored protein powder and mixed it with creamy soups, which worked for about a week before that make me sick also. I told me nut I wasn't doing protein powder and am basically eating nothing so by two weeks post op I was able to start having soft protein; eggs, cottage cheese, deli turkey etc I felt so much better. I hope you can start your mushie stage soon.
