feeling so full

I am 7 days post op and have been feeling great, but today I am so full I can barely tolerate anything. Any suggestions?

Just concentrate on getting your fluids in. Some yogurt drink will give you some protein and energy (assuming you're permitted full liquids at this stage) and should be easy on the stomach, but don't worry too much this early. Some soup would also be good. Keep sipping and don't worry too much about anthing until you're on mushies.

BTW make sure you're taking your meds (anti nausea/antacid - whatever your surgeon has prescribed). All the best - you'll be right as rain in no time now! biggrin.gif

The first couple of weeks are the toughest! Also try to eat some sugar free popsicles. They go down easy and are a steady stream of Fluid every time you eat one.
