I am a solid 307 lbs, 24w, and stand a solid 6 feet tall without shoes. I know we all lose weight differently and our clothes sizes will drop with different weight loss amounts. But I tried on a pair of capris from last year and even after a 30 pound loss during pre-op, they still fit like they did last summer.

So my question is what is the most you have to lose before you see a difference in clothing sizes?

Age is a factor too if you are older you will not have the same amount of normal fat pads then you did when you were younger. I am 20-25 lbs more then what I was in my twenties but I can actually see bones I have never had seen before. Also the younger you are the more your skin will be able to shrink down and hanging skin does add a bit. I am 54 and have lost 62 lbs I was 200 and am 5'2 I have gone down 5 almost 6 sizes down. Oh I forgot to mention that you lose differently after the sleeve then you do with diets. Losing 30 lbs pre surgery barely shows while post everyone notices.
