GUM

So, I just heard that we are not supposed to chew gum because it will make our stomachs big again.

Is there any truth to this?

Ive been chewing gum the whole time.

The gas it gives me helps me burp and feel way better in my tum tum.

Just wondering if Im stretching my sleeve.

I have never heard that. I can't chew gun because I get too much air in my tummy and it hurts.

Never heard of that, the reason my surgeon told me was because if you swallow it even accidentally and it gets stuck you will need a surgery to remove it.

I started out early and had terrible pains from the air that it added to my sleeve but I tried again at about 6 weeks and i've been chewing a lot since.

It helps with keeping my mouth busy, and keeping my breath fresh as I drink lots of coffee caff/decaf
