I started my 3 month nutrition thing last week and insurance doesn't cover it, but requires - WTF anyway, I submitted the receipt for the first 50 dollars and they denied it needing further documentation.

Anyone else experiance this?

as with most flexible spending accounts they need the explanation of benefits. So you will need to have it submitted to insurance to get the denial and then forward the denial to flexible spending.
