Am I dehydrated? HELP!!!!

Tomorrow will be a week since I had my sleeve. I have been having a very difficult time getting all my liquids in. Yesterday, I felt great. Today, not so much. I have felt lethargic and sleepy all day, even though I slept 12 hours last night. I have done better about my liquids today as far as getting them in. I've already gotten in about 28 ounces of liquids and about 1/4 cup of applesauce. Those of you that had to go back to the hospital for dehydration, what are the symptoms? I am just SOOOOO afraid of that. Any info you could give would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks so much!!!!
