Surgery Feb 28!

I am really starting to get nervous! My surgery is on Monday, Feb 28. I have been on a liquid diet for a week and have already lost 20 pounds. I am so excited and know that this weekend will be very long!!!

    My surgery is also on Monday... I started my liquid diet on Monday but have only lost 5 lbs. I'm jealoustongue.gif

    Good luck. This weekend will be the hardest for me on the Liquid diet. Monday is my anniversary and I feel like I should party one last time.....

    Well, I have had a little food over the week. Just make good choices and eat small amounts of high Protein foods. That's what I did. I really think most of my weight loss has been Water. I am drinking a ton of water! How exciting to have a surgery buddy! I will keep you posted on my progress!
