Mini-goals

Since I start my liquid pre-op today I will start setting myself min-goals as well.

Mini-goal #1 10lbs on the pre-op....That would put me down a total of 16lbs since my initial consult with the surgeon! To help with this I am planning to walk on my treadmill 20 mins a day!

I am doing mini goals too. I like rewarding myself for being good! I haven't done any pre-op though, that is a great idea. It looks like we are going to have surgery close to the same days. Very best of luck to you.

The mini-goals I have set so far (I do not have them all picked out)

minus 25# - I haven't decided yet

minus 50# - haven's decided on this one yet either

minus 100# - I am letting my husband pick out a hot outfit for me

minus 125# - a canon rebel

Goal - I haven't decided on this one yet either.

Again good luck and I look forward to hearing about your journey.

My mini goals are for every 15 lbs I lose, I will get I new apron. I adore aprons and bought several that sit unopened in my closet. Can't wait to get my first one :)
