Crystal light/ kool aid ?

Ok, might seem like a stupid question, I am from the UK and we dont really drink stuff like that. Usually we drink diluting juices like robinsons or kiora. Can i just drink these or is there a special reason for drinking the powder type?

I have seen tang. Is it the same kind of thing?

Thanks a lot :)

they usually recommend anything sugar free..the sugar is the key issue involved. Since you are in the uk do you have like vitamen water, something like that . Most surgeons worry about a lot of people intake a lot of sugar in their drinks..I know yall have iced tea right. I take defcafe iced tea and a sugar substitute.
