When do get active?

My surgery is next week! I am just wondering how long I should wait after surgery to start exercising and also how long should I wait to be intimate with my man? lol sorry for TMI, but I was just wondering....

    Well you should be walking day one after surgery. Everyday a little further. But as for hard core running or walking I'm have my two week follow up the 14th and I will discuss when I should start working up to 1 miles a day. As far as sex you should do it when you are comfortable. I wanted to do it since day3 or 4 but I guess that does not cordinate with my wife and her once every 3 month schedule we seem to be on...
