Welcome to LBT. I'm afraid I won't be much help with how to navigate the site, but I get by.

I usually check the "today's posts" under the "quick links" drop down on top, or you can get to the different forums using the "Forum Jump" on the bottom right of the page. You might also want to check there to see if there is a local forum for your state.

welcome, i am fairly new also, since march. i also check out the new posts, and the lap band lounge is an interesting forum, it has some funny

things and also everyday "life" stuff in it. just remember, anything that is posted here, is just someone's personal experience or opinion---not necessarily a fact. but many of the folks here have been banded for years and have a lot experience to share with others, a great site for info and support. Welcome. At the top left corner if you click there on those links it will show you all the links and subject matters. Once you go into one of the subject matters you have the ability to do a quick reply on the threads. Hope this helps. Good luck.
