ND Creamer in decaf coffee

So, what's the group wisom on this?

I am addicted to Carnation Non-dairy no sugar vanilla caramel creamer in my decaf espresso coffee in the morning. One of my great pleasures.

I get sleeved Feb 9th.

Once I am off clears, I intend to try this.

Anyone think this is problematic?

Thanks

I dont think so because I was allowed milk (fat free) once off clears...just check with your dr or nut before you leave the hospital.

I have never meet anyone else who liked the powder stuff but I switched from the expensive refrigerated stuff to the cheapy powder!

Well unless your really pigging out on the stuff a little should be OK. Remember that decaff STILL contains SOME caffeine and with as low a food / caloric intake it may effect you more than usual. Caffeine is a diuretic too and may exacerbate any tendancy to being dehydration during the first few weeks after the sleeve. coffee may not sit on the tummy well either - but you have to judge this.

Remember - moderation!
