No Midol!!!

My BIG DAY is Jan. 13 and I can't take pain killers...except for Tylenol. No problem, except for when it is that time of the month, and would you know it...it's that time of the month. I thought my head would explode earlier today and now again tonight. Midol does nothing for this kind of headache. Any suggestions???

So, you can take Tylenol, but you can't take Ibuprofen? ? ?

Midol is just Tylenol with caffeine and a little diuretic so Tylenol won't help either.

What do you usually take? Have you tried a heating pad?
