I started my Weight loss Journey October 2009. This is when I decided to have surgery.
Then researched for a doctor and found a really good one Dr. Christopher Hart
Then started the actual 6 months of insurance stuff in April
Surgery October 29, 2010 weight at the time 326
Current weight 295 (this is where I have been for a week and two days) don't like the stuck feeling
Exercise everyday from 1 hour to 3 hours on some.
Diet is still soft foods (sometimes just the whey Pro. drink
It will be one month on Nov 29th(tomorrow)
