Weight loss tickers

How would get a ticker loss post into my post? I just can't determine how to do this.

    Go up to the top left corner where your log in info is

    hit the drop down next to username

    go to my settings

    under options choose tab that says my profile

    when that pulls up look on the left and choose the topic my signature, go there and paste in the URL from your ticker in the box on that screen and it should update it and show you how it looks!
