Monday will be 4 weeks

What should I be eating, I have been doing mushies because I feel safe, I'm afraid to move onto the next stage. I dont see my Dr. until next Wednesday but he told me to move to stage 3 last Wed when I seen him. I'm going back to work on the 15th and I'm afraid because I'll be out of the house longer and not home and I'm not really eating anything substantial.

Thanks,

kim

I understand. I have been pretty slow introduce foods because my sleeve is a little tight. Try to introduce a new food everyday. You need to get some "safe" foods that you can eat at work. This week I have started making a smoothie for breakfast and taking it to go. It is really working out well (Greek yogurt for protein, fat free milk, frozen strawberries, sweet and low packet). I also make sure to keep applesauce, pudding, and jello there. For lunch I have been eating a baked potato with cheese, chili, or cup of soup. It has been ok. You might want to try some fruit cups (no sugar)-peaches are probably easiest.

Good luck!
