9 days post op

My daughter plays softball and I love to eat sunflower seeds (no shell) during her games. Can I eat seeds at 9 days post op? Please help fast, games r 2mrow

    All nuts, raw veggies/fruits were on my NO list until I ht 3 months out.

    Your staple line is still not even remotely close to being healed. Those little seed pieces could get lodged in the staple line, and cause problems. I wouldn't risk it.

    From all the reaqding I have done, at 9 days out, shouldnt you still be on a liquid diet? Be careful! You have come so far, dont want to mess anything up!:o
