3 Week Stall

I have seen posts throughout this site about the 3rd week stall that everyone seems to get, but is there anything I can do to get past this ? Is this just a waiting game? What exactly should I do and how many more times will this happen? Please help everyone.

Thanks.

Mick...This too will pass. I'm not sure you can prevent stalls, you're body is adjusting. My three week stall came and went rather quickly, and truly was a non event.

Enjoy the ride!!

Fit.

I'm going thru the stall now. I will be 3 weeks out on Monday. I hope it gets over with quickly...I like seeing the scale move on a downward spiral!!!!!!

I was in a stall for 7 days (from 2.5-3.5 weeks post surgery). Finally today I dropped a pound so hopefully things will stat happening again. If I didn't know it was normal I would have been upset. It is, what it is. Just hang on. It will pass.

count me in. I guess with dropping SO much the first week or two, our body needs to regulate or settle down or something!! I felt comforted that I read so much on here about it and am just trying to be patient. I think getting enough fluids in will make the difference, but that is a challenge for me.
