no gallbladder

Just curious...considering gastric sleeve. Is there any problems with not having a gall bladder before the gastric sleeve is in place?Lots of information on loosing your gall bladder after surgery but if you don't have one:confused1: to begin with does it change the outcome or alter the complications post op?
