11 days

I am getting sleeved in 11 days on Sept 7. I have been struggling with the preop diet not doing it just finding stuff to eat. I have to put a lot of thought into what goes in my mouth now which is a challenge. I am ready to get this over with and start my new life thinner. I am little worried about the diet after I am sleeved any tips on meals the first week or two?

I got a menu plan from my doc. liquids 3 weeks, soft/mushies 2 weeks, etc.

Each dr and nut are different. If they haven't given you a plan, by all means ask for one.

Once you are ready to try things after surgery, check the recipe section, there's some good stuff there for newbs.
