My 6 month check up

For everyone considering the sleeve surgery I wanted to post my progress and say go for it!!!

I was so worried about it and somedays now I forget I had surgery and just go on with my life.

I have lost 71 lbs. and feel great. I am off my cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar medications. I exercise every day and feel great doing it.

I have 30 or 40 lbs more to go and feel I can do it.

I am so thankful for this website and the people who take time to post and help everyone out. It has been so helpful to me

Diane

Your story will help so many of us! Your positive attitude and not to mention all your effort will definitely get you there.

Im so happy for you. Im scared for my surgery in sept but when I read stuff like this Im also sleep well. Have you any complications with your op?

Thank you! Barbie: No real complications, I also had hiatial hernia repair with my surgery and have had no problems. I did notice some hair loss about a month ago, but luckily I have thick hair so it isn't really noticable and it seems to be slowing down. Best of luck to you. I also have 2 friends who have had this same surgery since mine and they are also doing great!
