Specific muscle group exercises..... website

I found this website which has some great ideas depending which muscle group you want to work on - eg: my legs are quite well toned so I'd rather concentrate on triceps and abs.... so just click on the muscle group and it brings up different exercises which you can do.

These are also all rated to show which work better and depending if you have access to a gym or not.

Hi Sparkle, so far this website looks great. I am three months post op and I have been sooo tired al the time. I really think I need to start rebuilding my muscles as all my labs are looking good but I am just so fatigued. Thanks again!
