Talk me down!

Okay so I know that stretching with the sleeve is supposed to be minimal, but today for the first time I was able to eat most of a small wendy's chili in just about 10 minutes. I DO NOT want to screw this up. What is going on???

Lots of good tips here! My biggest problem being one week post op is not feeling fulfilled! I mean I am not really hungry, but I want to eat!

Edited to add: but I can't eat whatever I want lol. I know, must be a newbie mental hurdle I must not complain about and overcome! Take care guys.
