Tomorrow will be my 7 month mark of being sleeved!!!! I have gone from about 252 (day of surgery) to 162!!!! that's 90lbs in 7 months! I am very very happy and very very proud! I would do it all over again in a heart beat!
but my weight loss has stalled, almost stopped the last 3 to 4 weeks. the scale only seems to go up or down 2(+or-)lbs. it's very frustrating. i have NOT been a carb counter. i eat everything, just in small amounts, and make healthy choices, like i always have. i still have trouble getting 64oz of Water in. but i digress. for those of you that are 1+ years out....when did you stall/stop? is this normal? will i continue losing? is there some sorta 6 month stall that happens that i don't know about? i know everyone will give me the advice; lots of water, watch the carbs and sugar, stay active etc etc. but i'm just a little concerned. i now eat about 1000-1200 calories/day. is that too much? i get really hungry if i only eat 800 (i'm proof that the hunger DOES come back). is it normal that my hunger came back so soon?
anyways, i know 90lbs is a great loss. but i am still a size 12/14 and can't buy a lot of the clothes i would like to buy :-( i'm hoping if i lose another 20lbs i could be a size 10...maybe!
can anyone give me some insight or support? i would love some feedback!
