pulled muscle or kidney stones?

I've had pain in my back (lower left) for about a week now. I thought it was a pulled muscle but I'm beginning to wonder about a kidney stone. Anyone had one post surgery? It's not the excruciating pain I had when my gallbladder duct was blocked but I don't want it to get worse!

I have not had one but my urologist told me that wls patients hsve a tendency to get stones. Don't know if he is correct but he's a very respected doctor. You might get it checked out. An ultrasound of kidneys not painful at least.
