It's Unbelievable

I have lost a total of 59 pounds as of oday. My surgery was on July 2, 2010. I am now under 350 lbs and only 149lbs to go. I feel so much better and I am planning to run a marathon and I will also become a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness. Glory to God I can now run without the pain.

That's wonderful!

Did you lose that much since your surgery or was some of that from a pre-op diet?

I lost 44lbs on my pre-opt and the rest after surgery.

Contrats.. good job.. keep up the good work
