One month out --30 lbs gone!

One month out today and down 30.4 pounds post-op. Although it would be nice to average a pound a day for the rest of the weight loss phase, I am not banking on it :scared0: . I am so happy to be a sleever!

For those new to this or pre-op I did finally do a new blog entry today outlining the good and bad for me through my first month. http://verticalsleevetalk.com/blogs/swiftflow/592-one-month-out-today.html

Congrats and nice work... I can't wait to see if I can have that much success in my first month

Way to go swifty! I like the concept of upping your calories to prevent "starvation mode", so I will be watching you to see how it works out!

AHHH i better start kicking my ass to keep up with you. I have two more weeks to lose 7lbs. I am so proud of you and everyone else, we all just ROCK!!!!!!!!!!

I too am keeping an eye on you due to the "upping the calories" concept. So far it seems to be working..... keep up the great work
