Dreamfields?

:thumbup1: Ok, so I know its suppose to be low carb, but the two times I have had it, I went into a carb binge fest after. And it isnt just pasta. I make whole wheat pasta from time to time and have no issues. Anyone else have this happen?

No - I had about 1 oz the other night & was full the rest of the evening. Didn't even eat my planned snack.

Hmmmm....

I haven't been to carb village yet, but I know that in the preop low carb/high protein that if I deviated and introduced carbs, my cravings for them were more intense. There are chemical coorelations, high processed foods tend to have chemicals that we crave the more we eat them. I will probably keep stearing clear for a while.

Nope. I love Dreamfields, although I don't have it very often. I eat mainly the meat, mushrooms, etc. and just a little of the noodles, but I have never had a problem with the carb fest.
