4th Day Post-OP with the Burps. Normal?

Hi All,

I am feeling pretty good except for the burping everytime I drink a sip of plain Water. Crystal Light does down more smoothly. How long did it take y'all to rid of the awful gas?

    It took about 3 weeks for the little air bubble to quit flipping in my tummy when I drank fluids. I had gas trapped in shoulders, and had to do these funky stretches to get it to move around and release. It took a couple of weeks for the bloat and gas to wear off.

    If you think of sips being the size of 1 cc it really helps in the first couple weeks. I'm 8 weeks out now and can take three consecutive mouthfuls (swallows) without it causing gas buildup.
