Sleeve Surgery Schedules 3/3/10

I finally have a date for my VSG. It is scheduled for March 3, 2010. I am so excited, but also very nervous. I have received a lot of information about diet and exercise, so I am a little overwelmed. I start my diet Feb. 17th, and I am very nervous about that. I want to follow every rule so that I get the full effect of my surgery. I will keep everyone posted.
