I'll certainly let you know when I get it and read through it...This is the 2nd ed of the book, so perhaps that means the 1st edition was popular? Hopefully it's useful.

Yes, please post a review. I'd love to know if the Sleeve is included. There's a few books out now that are for RNY and Band, but not Sleeve.

I had a difficult time ordering it on Amazon. It is a little bit tough to find. My therapist actually recommended the book. I will let you know once I get mind, and read it.

I bought it at Half.Com through the page I noted above... The original price was about $85 they were selling it for, but I wrote the seller, told them if they wanted to make a sale, I would buy for $25, and they lowered the price. It is up for that price now... so I hope you can get it! :laugh0:

I found the book on Amazon.com also at fairly low prices for the used ones which are from my previous experience in good to nearly new condition. Good find you can look through some of the pages at amazon. Thanks for posting.
