I take that back, I have lost 2 pounds. I was down to 205 for a day and I checked today and I am back to 208! I am not eating anything. I am on the pre-op diet and drinking lots of Protein. I am not really working out but walking at least 30 minutes a day!!!

I haven't had a chance to search this, but anyone have this problem during their pre-op diet? Does this mean I won't lose any weight after my surgery? It's 3 days away and I am SOOO nervous. :001_smile::scared0:

Don't worry. Your body goes through a lot of changes when you suddenly change your diet like that. It is kind of in shock right now. Once you have the surgery and things even out a bit, the weight will start dropping off. You will be fine.

I agree with Susan. You should be fine post-op as long as you follow your program.
