Sour Stomach?

I have had a tummy problem for almost 2 days now.. am over 4 weeks post op and have had had no problems like this... I am not sure if I caught a "bug" or if this is the sour stomach I hear about occasionally. Any food recommendations when your tummy just feels icky and like you have the beginning of the flu but it doesn't get worse.. just stays the same? Yesterday I got in one protein shake and some crackers but that was it.. previous to this I have been eating really well so am concerned...

I ate a lot of yogurt early on. I would switch between Yoplait Light, and Okios Greek Yogurt with Splenda. When I did have tummy issues, I would eat yogurt 2-3 times a day. It's the only thing that makes me feel better.

Make sure you take your nexium 30 minutes before you eat anything in the morning. It could just be moving to more solid food and excess acid. The nexium takes 30 minutes before it prevent too much acid procuction.

Go back to easier levels of food to give your stomach a rest.
