Has anyone tried sugar free candy just to have something to suck on when your mouth gets tired of water?

I suck on peppermints. I know they aren't sugar free, but I have found that they help with nausea as well.

I recommend eating sugar free candy very sparingly. When I have more than one or two pieces at a time, I get terrible, uncontrollable, embarrassing gas.

I have the sugar free lifesavers and they keep your mouth moist and I haven't noticed any extra gas from them
