Anyone else?

Does anyone else notice they have "full" days where they can't eat much and "hungry" days where they can eat well over a cup of they wanted to? I have even starving every 2 hours this last few days and today I had a protein shake for breakfast and tried to drink a cup of coffee, but am so full I feel nauseous just sipping on it. Took well over an hour to get my 12 oz of preteen down.

  • It's definitely the protein shake for me. If I'm late in drinking one, I'm starving. After I have one, I don't even want to think about food.

Yes! I'm almost two weeks post op and I'm having this issue. I haven't had a fill yet, but some days (like today) I can't hardly eat anything. But yesterday I felt like I didn't even have the band at all! Its crazy!

I am only 9 days post op, but geez! This is just crazy. Although I am so thankful not to be hungry today. :)

Understand exactly how you feel. It's amazing how much changes from day to day.

I wonder if it is the protein shake. I know we talked last night about me struggling to get all my protein in. Whatever it is I will take it! :)

I have definitely been able to eat more and more it seems as the days go by. I still feel full after eating but everything is going down just fine. I just tried a small amount of salad cut up really small and chewed really well and it was good but I am really full now. Probably shouldn't have tried it but I did. Hope everyone else is doing good!
