blood work 2 months post op

Just got my bloodwork done at almost 2 months post op and I have numbers jist all over the chart. I have things that were great before showing as higher now, things that were bad before great now.. Dr saying is to be expected with such radical changes to your body and diet, so not too concerned. . Anyone else experience this

I just had my blood work done also, haven't gotten the results yet but it's good to know that it's not something to stress about if the numbers are wacky.

Insulin was sligltly elevated, some inflammation and one of my cholesterol numbers but Dr just said walk at least 30 mins EVERY day and will help cut the extra insulin my body is making and inflammation is to be expected and fish oil for the cholesterol. Not concerned at all
