NSV "Non-Scale Victory"s are super important on this journey. When we become so scale focused it's very hard to not get frustrated by the numbers, so we can think about other things, some of mine have been zipping up tall boots, using a normal bath towel, and starting to jog without dying.

Omg the boots!!! That is DEFINITELY going to be one of mine. I'm hoping by feb/march cuz that will be 6 months post op and the weather is perfect for them! Thank you!!! Good luck to you too on your continued journey

NSV are the best! My 16 year old son will come give me a bear hug and pick me up and tells me I'm so light. Another one was when I went shopping and I automatically went to the woman's department and the sales clerk told me I was in the wrong section!

That's one of mines too my 16 years son also bear hugs me and tells me he can't believe how far his arms go around me he says he can't believe the difference lol!!!
