what to cook?

Okay i got my surgery almost two months ago and i just dont know what to eat. Mostly everything has carbs. Is there a website where i can find recipes? Im trying so hard not to eat so much carbs but it seems impossible.. Please help someone

    Tofu. Hard boiled eggs. Jerky. Yogurt. Protein bars. Cottage cheese. String cheese. Almost 7 years and those are my Go to foods. Best of luck. Keep us updated❤???´
