what i seen on the scale today

Im almost there. I randomly weighed myself today after running almost 7 miles and swimming for 1/2 hour at the gym today. My usual weigh in day is tuesday. We will see what it says on tuesday. Total loss so far 58 pounds woohoo!!!

I no i need to paint my toes ::rolleyes::

    Thank you.

    I do a minimum workout of 5 miles 3-4 x a week for now plus i swim on top of that i love swimming.
