Peanut butter

I am like the person who can eat peanut butter by the spoonful. I know it's a protein but will a spoon of peanut butter, creamy hurt me?

I also love peanut butter could eat it by the jar full.Good ?

I know it is on my food list but I think only 1 tablespoon. That isn't a lot of protein, though. Check with your dietitian because they all have their own rules. I eat natural chunky.

It won't hurt you per say, but it 1 tablespoon of regular creamy peanut butter is about 95 calories. That could add up REALLY fast so if you eat peanut be sure to add against your daily calorie allowance.

I enjoy a spoonful of peanut butter every now and again as well. Like Missy said, you need to be careful as the calories add up quick. I have also gotten stuck on peanut butter before. You might check at the PB2 powdered peanut butter, I add it to my morning protein shakes. Love it!

I mix a tablespoon of creamy peanut butter with 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt & a package of spenda. Love it!
