Crunches, sit-up...

Hey guys.... I am 1 month & 1/2 post op and ive been hitting the gym. Down 27 lbs down :) I've tooken a few classes n feel a little scared to work on my tummy/abs area. Will anything happen to my port of band if I do crunches & sit ups so soon???

I'd ask the doctor first. I wasn't comfortable enough at that stage of the game to even try crunches or sit ups. I believe it is recommended that strenuous activity be put on hold for a certain period, right now your focus should be low impact cardio and not strength.
