Not losing weight

I had my surgurey 8/7 and I was so excited my starting weight was 254 day of surgery 245 and a week after I as 233 not that I started aright fruit and more protien I'm up 238 and I'm getting scared that I won't lose any weight Im feeling so much pressure for the weight to just start fallig off and I get scared of everything that I put in my mouth .

Awe! Don't stress too much. Follow and trust the process. It's early of the weight to be falling off. There is no way to live a skinny persons lifestyle and remain obese. It WILL happen. Just be patient with yourself.

you are in the "honeymoon" phase. I am also. I was banded on 7-10. I was losing great and then when you start introducing more foods back into your diet your body has to adjust. I have had one small fill. I'm currently at 3 cc in my band. I eat small portions so it is hard to believe that i'm not dropping weight like crazy but our bodies have to adjust to all the changes and different ways of our eating. Hang in there.

I was told the reason i only lost 2lbs in one month. I was told to increase my exercising to five days a week for at least an hour and to make sure I get the proper protein and eat protein first.
