Dumping syndrome doesn't apply to Lap Band. It is a side effect of getting gastric bypass. Once you heal you should be able sleep any way you want. The port isn't that uncomfortable for most people

got a question. Just got the "Big Lapband book" last week and have almost completed it. !. What is the dumping syndrome? 2. After surgery how do you sleep? I always sleep on my sides. Will I only be able to sleep on one side now because the portal will be on the other side? Will it be like that forever or will you forget it is even there after a while? Thanks to anyone who can answer
