worried about stretching pouch

:rolleyes:ew I'm not so sure about this. I'm worried that I have stretched my pouch. I just got banded. I don't know....but I can eat like 4 ounces, probably six at once. Is that bad? Please someone help.........

You are probably just in need of a fill. So until you can get one, try to drink fluids when you are hungry, and when you eat, eat slowly and stop as soon as you feel a bit full. It's always the last extra bite that you take that turns out to be the one that puts you over the top. Good luck.

I was afraid of the same thing because I could eat like 2 cups after being banded! No stretching, just in need of a fill.
