  1. You are probably just in need of a fill. So until you can get one, try to drink fluids when you are hungry, and when you eat, eat slowly and stop as soon as you feel a bit full. It's always the last extra bite that you take that turns out to be the one that puts you over the top. Good luck.
  2. Hi - I'm new to this board, and just saw Anwyn's message. I also had a band slip (December) and had it repositioned. I have a 4cc band, and am currently at 1.7cc's which is actually more than I tolerated with my original surgery. My new surgeon figures I was living with a slip for about 4-5 months. So I too am slowly getting back into the swing of things. I lost 50 lbs from the first surgery. Then I gained back 12 lbs. Now I've lost 8 of those. So I'm nearing my original weight loss. I need to get off my duff and exercise. I was much better at doing that before. Good luck!
