I am so happy to say I am only two weeks out and feeling fantastic! I am down 15 pounds and have been feeling unstoppable!
I went to a party yesterday which was a sit down dinner at a restaurant, I am on mushiness and had a little eggplant. Very little! And some grilled zucchini, I was full, socialized and had no problems with what I ate.
I get my first fill on sept 12th and I can't wait to really kick start my weight loss. I am walking every day with my dog one mile. I will increase as I get more endurance. Since I am eating very few calories, I get a bit tired.
I know the first 4 weeks is for healing, which I have no pain other than a little tenderness where my port is. I have not lost any more pounds in the last 4 days, but I know that is normal and to just keep keeping on.!
One question...after my fill, will the weight loss accelerate?
