i dont know the solution as i graze at work some days as well maybe when u see yourself reach for something get busy with something else? it seems to help me

I tell myself, "that is not my food!" Sometimes that works. Or I scream to God, "Get me the Hell out of the kitchen!" He usually does, but then I find myself in the bathroom where something needs to be scrubbed! Oh, well better than grazing I guess.

Try living by this rule, if you're hungry enough to eat then eat a full meal. If you're not eating a meal then don't eat at all.

Thanks for always making me laugh!

Before I became a BANDit, I also had the same issue (banded for only 17 days) I realized I was BORED most of the time when I grazed. I don't get that urge anymore, but during my pre op diet, when I got the urge to do it, I just drank a cup if iced tea, and found something to do (most of the time chores or yard work). Also, believe it or not, I set my timer to ring every 4 hours during the day so I can remember to eat (because I'm almost never hungry). Try it, and say to yourself you won't eat until that timer goes off, unless like GuyMontag said, it's close enough to the time, and you know you could eat a whole meal. Good luck, hunny!
